On bio:hub, you will find everything you need in one place: partners, program information, favourites, networking tools and smart matchmaking features.
Get started
Simply log in with the email address you used when purchasing your ticket to get started.
Important: To ensure your data is synchronised correctly between the ticket shop, bio:hub and the bio:cap App, please make sure to use the same email address for all three. If different email addresses are used, your data cannot be synced.

Complete your profile for better matches
To get the most out of bio:hub, make sure your profile is complete and up to date.
Information provided during ticket purchase (e.g. industry, target markets) may already be pre-filled – as long as you used the same email address.
You can further refine your profile by:
- Adding or specifying your industry
- Defining your strategic goals
- Detailing your target countries
The more precise your profile, the better your matches.
Networking & Matchmaking
One of the key features of bio:hub is its integrated networking and matchmaking function, designed to help you connect with relevant people efficiently.
Smart Recommendations
• bio:hub suggests relevant contacts based on your profile and highlights relevant overlaps.
• A matching score helps you quickly assess how well you align with other participants.
The stronger the overlap, the more relevant the recommendation.
Full Participant Overview
• Access the complete list of participants at any time and connect with anyone directly – independently of suggested matches.
Lead Finder: Targeted Search
• Use the Tabs “Requests” and “Offers” to actively find and filter for relevant contacts – independently of the automatic recommendations

The bio:cap App will be available from May on. The App brings the key features of bio:hub to your mobile device and is your smart companion on the go. Just log in with your bio:hub account. Use it to access programme information, manage your favourites, explore participants and make valuable connections wherever you are.
